Your Words Give Eternal Life

In John 6:66–68 “From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.  Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?  Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go?  Thou hast the words of eternal life.”

I have seen many, many, many people go away.  In some Pentecostal circles they believe these people lost their salvation.  I believe they were never saved in the first place.

The writer of Hebrews said in 10:38, “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.  But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.”

This song is about faith, following and keep on keeping on.
